What is cough?
A cough, also known as tussis, is a voluntary or involuntary act that clears the throat and breathing passage of foreign particles, microbes, irritants, fluids, and mucus; it is a rapid expulsion of air from the lungs. Coughing can be done deliberately or as part of a reflex.
Causes of cough??
A cough can be caused by several conditions, both temporary and permanent. Some of common causes of cough are Clearing the throat ,Coughing is a standard way of clearing your throat , Viruses and bacteria , respiratory tract infection, such as a cold or flu ,Smoking ,Medicines , bronchial asthma ,acute bronchitis ,Tuberclosis(TB) , acid reflux or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) , Chronic bronchitis and other conditions.
Can we cure any kind of coughing in just 1 to 2 days?
No , we cannot cure chronic coughing conditions like TB , Asthma , GERD , Chronic bronchitis kind of diseases in 1 or 2 days. These kind of diseases need medical help to be cured. And you have change your living lifestyle and bad habits permanentely if really want to heal.
Here we are talking about common cough or tussis. We can cure only common coughing which is cause by cold , flu etc. in 1 or 2 days .because sometime common coughing can be very serious if you don’t take care of that. You have to be cured as soon as possible.
Natural treatment for cough / tussis?
In these steps I am not going into too much science.otherwise this topic will become so long and difficult to understand for you guys.
you just have to do what i say.
Step number 5 to 11 should be done one by one without gap.
you can take help from someone in your family or friend.
1. Keep yourself hydrated ,Drinking water is very important , drink lots of water.
2. Try to speak less or not to speak for atleast 6 to 7 hours. And Wear mouth mask.
3. Eat vitamin c rich fruits like pineapple , oranges , lemon water etc etc.
4. Eat hot Chicken soup with low spices( use only salt ,black pepper , ginger , garlic in it) ( eat 3 times a day)
5. If you did all four steps , then wait for 30 mintues And then do All next steps continuously without wasting any time.
6. Drink 250 ml luke warm water.
7. Without wasting you time ,Just after drinking water , grab your steamer filled with boiled water and add some vicks vaporub in boiled water And then cover yourself with any clean big cloth or blanket and start taking steam . while you take steam , inhale air from the whole mouth and nose too very deeply , hot air should be reach to your lungs , then exhale , keep doing it for 5-10 mintues continuously without any gap.
8. When you finish taking steam , don’t remove that blanket over you , stay in it.
9. Without wasting your time apply vicks vaporub on your forehead , on your nose , on your neck , on your whole chest , on your whole back , on your feet sole and wear warm socks. You can take help from someone in your family.
10. Still do not remove that blanket , stay in it (don’t expose your head in air until you are not sweating and your body temperature is normal by now) and now you have to rest until you feel good ,keep you head on incline position while using thick pillow. Your fan , air conditioner should be off. Just keep yourself warm.
11. Try to speak less or not to speak for atleast 6 to 7 hours.
12. After you did all the steps , I am sure you are feeling way much better than before ,you coughing is gone by now or its very less , you chest is not feeling congested by now , no wheezing.
13. Now you have to take rest for next day also even you are feeling good or well.
14. Repeat all those steps for atleast 3 times in 2 days. After that you will feel okay.
15. Keep eating vitamin c rich fruits , chicken soup for atleast week after you cured your cough. And Drink lots of water everyday( 4 to 5 liters a day from morning 5 am to 10 pm at night).
Do not depend on medicines too much , first give your body a little time to heal by itself. ( Note : regular medical checkups are important. You should go for a medical checkups in every 3 to 6 months.) why I am saying this because nowadays peoples are depend on medicines way too much , they just got a minor cold and they just eat medicine for that , their body temperature just reach to 99 degree centigrade , then they just take antibiotics for that to prevent fever. I mean seriously. Do not depend only on medicines . give your body a little time to heal by itself . what you need to do is rest. Rest is very important if you feel sick.
Our body cells are not meant to be cured by only medicines and other medical treatments.
Your body cells can heal itself by too many ways. You just have to adapt a healthy lifestyle and keep you away from stress and other tensions , share your problems with your loved ones , this will help to reduces the stress and will make you feel relaxed.
