15 ways to make your hair healthy and thick

If you do these things they will helps you to make your Hair healthy and thick.



1. Clean your scalp and hair regulary with water.


2. Shampoo and condition your hair twice a week , not more than that.


3. Use shampoo with essentials oils and your shampoo should be sulphate and other chemical free. And use same brand of shampoo and conditioner.


4. Add berries , eggs , fatty fish , green vegetables(Spinach ,broccoli , green beans etc etc ) , nuts , flax seeds and chia seeds etc. because these food sources contain healthy fats , protein , vitamin b7 , iron and biotin which is very good for your hair.


5. Eat spinach because it contain iron , which is required for the formation of red blood cell which carry oxygen and nutrients to your hair.


6. Vitamin b7 is important for your hair.


7. Do not use hair products like wax , clay , hair sprays everyday.


8. Do not use your hair dryer at very high heat setting . after drying , give your hair a cold blast air using dryer.


9. Use hair mask’s or oil massage (Argan oil , moroccan oil , coconut oil)once in a week.(do not use oil if you are having an dandruff and Acute seborrheic dermatitis)


10. Take biotin supplement (its optional). If want to take biotin in supplement forms , then consult your doctor first. They’ll tell you the correct dose you need.


11. Exercise/ workout regularly.


12. Reduce your stress level which is cortisol


13. Use organic Hair products.


14. Use dry shampoo if your hair is very oily and sticky.


15. Your can apply Apple cider vinegar to your scalp.( take 1 part apple cider vinegar and 1 part rose water or regular water) mix it well and apply it.
